We drove all the way from Colorado to purchase a Lexus GX 460, but the post-sale service has been unacceptable. They failed to send the necessary registration and title documents, leaving us unable to register our vehicle. When we asked for an update, the sales rep hung up on us and completely ignored our messages. For over 2 weeks, we’ve tried reaching out to Lexus of Brookfield, but no one answers or helps. We still have no idea where our documents are or if they’ve even been shipped (no tracking number provided). Absolutely irresponsible, unresponsive, and atrocious customer service. Avoid this dealership!
