I have spent the last seven years as a Master Certified Lexus Service Advisor at Lexus of Brookfield, where I take pride in being a dependable asset to our service department. My approach to this role is built on a foundation of honesty and thoroughness; I believe that clear communication and attention to detail are what truly build lasting relationships with clients. There is a genuine sense of satisfaction in exceeding a customer’s expectations, and I remain loyal to my clients to a fault. Outside of the shop, I am a proud UW-Whitewater graduate and a dedicated enthusiast of Formula 1, often spending time discussing championship standing or the latest developments in the automotive industry. When I am not working or catching a Green Bay Packers game, you can usually find me on the golf course. I am grateful to have the support of my wife Michaela and son Oliver in all my professional and personal endeavors.

The assessment seemed to be comical, though I’m not sure if that was your intent. I was initially told that the cost of the assessment can offset a repair cost, however, the repair you recommended you were not capable of doing so I’m not sure what part of that was supposed to be funny. And then you quoted multiple rates for an assessment which made it feel like you were charging me whatever your whims were at that moment. When I asked if the assessment cost can offset a future repair, since you were incapable of doing the fix, you very sternly and flatly told me no. It was all a waste of money, time and tow fees. My experience was not good and not even mediocre, and I was going to keep my opinion to myself, but you keep sending me messages to rate my experience so here it is. BTW, you quoted me over $15,000 for repairs to get my car running, and as it turned out, it was a wire that needed to be replaced the get the car running (which is what I wanted assessed and more than half of your assessment was about my tires and brakes). The fix cost less less than one percent of what you quoted me. Would I recommend your dealership to my friends? No.
