Marylou was very helpful and had a plan A and B to solve our problem. Fortunately for us, plan B was the best solution. She suggested leaving our vehicle there overnight to give the battery a good test. It failed overnight resulting in replacing the battery under warranty saving us $400! Thank you Marylou!
