About Joe
Joe Pappalardo | Service Director Born in 1977 and raised on the south side of Milwaukee, Joe Pappalardo grew up with a love for sports, spending time with friends, and a competitive spirit that has followed him throughout his career. Joe began his automotive career in 1999 as a car detailer. After a couple of years learning the business from the ground up, he moved into the role of Service Advisor and continued developing his knowledge of fixed operations and customer service. In 2015, Joe joined Lexus of Brookfield as Service Manager. Over the next nine years, he helped grow the service department while focusing on customer experience, employee development, and, most importantly, building a strong team culture. In 2024, Joe was promoted to Service Director, overseeing the service operations of both Lexus of Brookfield and Lexus of Milwaukee. Throughout his career, Joe has been fortunate to work with some incredible mentors who helped shape his leadership style. He believes that a successful dealership is about more than numbers. It is about developing people, creating opportunities, taking care of customers, and building a culture where employees enjoy coming to work and want to succeed together. What Joe is most proud of is the team and culture that have been built at Lexus of Brookfield. He credits much of his success to the people around him and believes that when you surround yourself with great people who genuinely care about each other and their customers, the results tend to follow. Outside of work, Joe enjoys sports, warm weather, long walks on the beach, and relaxing with a good glass of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon.
