With over 30 years in the automotive industry, I serve as the Managing Partner and Executive General Manager of Lexus of Brookfield and the Lexus of Milwaukee. My professional philosophy is rooted in servant leadership: I am here to serve my team and my clients, not to be served. I believe that financial success is simply a byproduct of achieving results, and I never chase money—I chase excellence. My approach to business is built on a foundation of integrity, honor, and a relentless work ethic. Having trained in every position within the dealership, I lead by example, maintaining a perfect attendance record throughout my entire career. I believe that while perfection may be unattainable, the pursuit of it is what fuels our growth. My teams are my greatest asset; by fostering a culture of respect, mentorship, and support, we have achieved the lowest turnover rates in the industry. It is a privilege to lead such a talented group as we consistently provide our guests with the finest automobiles ever built. My results are a testament to this commitment. Under my leadership, our store has earned the Elite of Lexus award every year since its inception, secured nine State of Wisconsin Dealer of the Year awards, and was recently recognized as the fastest-growing dealership in the Lexus Central area for two consecutive years. I am a graduate of the NADA Academy, NCM Executive General Manager Mastery program, Lexus Master Certification and the Disney Institute for Leadership, to name a few. Outside of the dealership, my life is anchored by my faith, my family, and my passion for helping others. I am a husband to my wife, Jodie, a proud father to my daughter, Taylor—a rising star in Lexus sales—and my son, Jordan, an aerospace engineer, and a grandfather to eight. Whether I am traveling, gardening, or following my favorite sports teams, I bring that same competitive drive to every aspect of my life. I don’t just sell cars; I help people buy them by matching the right vehicle to their specific needs. I am committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of those I encounter, guided by the principle that people may forget what you said or did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
