With 23 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have built a career defined by determination, sacrifice, and a commitment to high-level results. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Lexus of Brookfield, I am proud to hold the title of the number one Finance Manager within the Napleton Auto Group. Prior to this, I established a reputation as the top-performing Finance Manager for Subaru across 38 states. My success is rooted in the relationships I build. I believe in a straightforward, honest approach that puts customers at ease and ensures they feel valued throughout the process. Colleagues and clients describe me as fair, genuine, and easy to work with—qualities I believe are essential to maintaining long-term professional partnerships. I am deeply passionate about the auto industry and take pride in consistently delivering a high level of service that differentiates us from the competition. Outside of the office, I am a family man based in Muskego. I am engaged to Ty Lemcke, and I am the proud father of a 25-year-old son, CJ, and two future stepsons, Ryan (15) and LP (8). I am a graduate of Jefferson High School and enjoy staying active with various projects. Whether it is painting, gardening, or tackling home renovations at my rental properties, I enjoy challenges that require me to build and improve things. When I am not working, you can usually find me relaxing on my boat or researching my next travel destination; I have enjoyed exploring places like Costa Rica, Aruba, Saint Thomas, Saint John, the Dominican Republic, and Bonaire. I am always happy to discuss travel, food, or a good pour of bourbon, but I am most interested in getting to know people on a personal level and hearing about their experiences.
