Jay listened to our wishes and needs for a new RX 350. He looked around and found exactly the car that we wanted and had it shipped to Milwaukee. He was so friendly and pleasant to deal with. (As someone who worked with the public in my career, that means a lot.) I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

He was a great communicator throughout the purchase. On arrival, had no WI Temporary License and a few items missing (Rear Rubber Mat, Manuals, First Aid Kit). The shipper arrived without calling, so it was a surprise. I don't know if these are his area of responsibility, but the transition prep and shipping should be assessed. I'm enjoying the car greatly.
