I have been a part of the automotive industry for six years, starting my career as a service technician before transitioning into my current role as a service advisor at Lexus of Brookfield. Holding an ASE certification in light automotive repair, I rely on my technical background to ensure that I provide clear, accurate guidance to every guest. I pride myself on a straightforward demeanor. I prefer to cut to the chase and break down complex repairs into simple terms, ensuring that we are both on the same page and that you fully understand the work being performed on your vehicle. I am passionate about attending to the needs of our guests, treating everyone with a balance of professional efficiency and a welcoming, family-oriented approach. I am proud to work in an environment where the team consistently goes above and beyond, whether they are in the shop, at the service desk, or in the parts department. Outside of work, I am a lifelong Wisconsin native and a die-hard fan of the Green Bay Packers. When I am not at the gym or working, I enjoy traveling or spending time with my family.
